2021 Amelia Island Concours Volunteers

May 20-23, 2021

Already have an account?

Thank you for your interest in becoming an official Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance volunteer. A world-class event, The Amelia is the only two-time winner of The International Historic Motoring Award Motoring Event of the Year.  Much of that success is thanks to the 650 volunteers that work every year to make the show a reality.

When you volunteer for The Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance, you become an integral part of a recognized 501c3 charitable organization. Over the past 26 years The Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance Foundation has donated more than $3.75 million dollars to local charities, benefitting Community Hospice and Palliative Care, Spina Bifida of Jacksonville, The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society, Dreams Come True, and both the Nassau County’s and Fernandina Beach Shop with Cops programs, among many others.

We Need Your Help!

The Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance hosts a fun-filled weekend of activities at multiple venues. Due to the nature and size of their responsibilities some of our activities have a greater need for volunteers. Some of the volunteer requirements are more physical than others; your honest responses to this questionnaire will help optimize your placement.

With Growth Comes Change

Thanks to The Amelia’s success, the need to have an easy to use and automated volunteer registration has become a necessity. Whether this is your first or your 26th Amelia, every volunteer is required to set up an account and register online for the 2021 show. The online process allows us to keep our contact information current.

If you are returning and have volunteered for the same committee or team in the past, your committee chairperson will send you a password to access those specific shifts. If you haven’t received a password, contact your chairperson or Teri Suter directly.

If you are a new volunteer, the shifts that need to be filled will appear and you can register for any shifts you are interested in working.  Keep in mind that all volunteers will need to work a minimum of six hours, which can often be achieved in one shift or broken up between multiple shifts depending on the particular job’s requirements.

Volunteering Comes with Benefits!

As a volunteer at The Amelia, you will receive a parking pass, lunch the day of your volunteer shift(s) and admission to the show.

To be considered for a volunteer assignment, you must complete this questionnaire. We will contact you if we have a position you fit that needs to be filled. Completion of this application/questionnaire does not guarantee a volunteer assignment.
